Under the Hammer: an immersive art mystery for adults
A Johannes Vermeer is going under the hammer at a high-stakes charity auction.
But mysterious intel suggests that all is not right. The game is afoot!
As a new recruit with the Company of International Artists you’ll need to review evidence, decipher codes, and crack puzzles to solve a case of art forgery before the culprit evades justice.
Keep an eye on the details and read between the lines in this fine blend of theatre and improv, escape room and “who-dunnit”, inspired by real-world art crime cases.

The Mexico Mission
Can you crack a million dollar case?
In Mexico City, a new Frida Kahlo painting has been discovered! Or has it?
Agents Kahlo and Dali of the Company of International Artists, a top secret art detective agency, are summoned by the buyer to prove exactly who painted the portrait.
And there’s room in their crew for you!
Bring your sharpest wits and a sense of adventure. Can you crack one of our toughest cases yet?
This mission is best suited for agents aged 7+.
The Midnight Mission
Something's going bump in the night!
In a spooky old house in Switzerland, every midnight, doors slam and books fly off shelves. But what's the cause?
You'll be working against the clock and sometimes even against logic itself to crack this case. Agent Dali is sure there's a perfectly logical explanation, while Agent Kahlo is convinced the supernatural is at work.

Work with Agents Kahlo and Dali of the Company of International Artists to solve a fiendishly sneaky international art heist.
Help them to chase leads, decipher clues and interrogate suspects as you attempt to track down a missing artwork.
Full of mystery, nods to film noir and a broad streak of quirky comedy, this is a truly globe-trotting adventure!
Best suited for agents 6+ to enjoy.
Walkabout Characters for events & festivals
The Company of International Artists go out as WALKABOUT characters at events and festivals.
Armed with a mobile filing cabinet, a lobster telephone and a suitcase full of art, Agents Kahlo and Dali rove at festivals asking
"Like anything you see?"
Kahlo and Dali file the public's interesting ideas in their official CIA black notebooks, then honour them for posterity by putting the ideas into a song that's recorded and shared on our social media at the end of the event.

Outdoor Art Gallery Trail
Sometimes, at festivals or other outdoor events, in addition to bringing walkabout theatre, we install an outdoor art gallery trail. Creative Agents can explore the art at their own pace. We include interesting open-ended questions about each artwork to help get ideas flowing, and Agents Kahlo and Dali are of course present throughout, providing energy, encouragement and enthusiasm!
At festivals, the trail can be a great way to signpost when workshops will be happening, as well as enhancing the festival environment with curious, colourful art.
Sometimes we build a clue-gathering element into the trail. This is an extra challenge for Creative Agents who need to use the clues to decipher a password. This password could be used online to unlock a congratulatory film featuring Agents Kahlo and Dali, or can be used in person to unlock a reward for completing the trail.
